Chemical Conversion and Reliability Improvements Project

The City implemented upgrades at the Dyal Water Treatment Plant to convert the gas chlorinators and ammoniators to liquid sodium hypochlorite and ammonium sulfate. Also the City improved the reliability of assets that were potential single points of failure, constructed a new training building, performed security improvements, and performed modifications to the plant site entrance and associated drainage improvements.
