Application and Forms Submission Process
Applications must be emailed to CocoaPlanning@cocoafl.gov, after we receive your application an invoice will be generated for the total fees due. Invoices may be paid over the phone by calling (321)433-8501, or by mailing a check to City Hall (65 Stone St., Cocoa, FL 32922, Attn Planning and Zoning). The fee schedule can be referenced here.
